1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 345ph, accessing any part of the Platform, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise using any service provided by 345ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

These Terms apply to all users of 345ph, including casual players, VIP members, and any person accessing the site from within or outside the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

345ph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body overseeing legal gaming operations in the Philippines. All services provided by 345ph are subject to PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, and the internal policies of 345ph as set forth in these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on 345ph, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and strictly enforced by 345ph. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the 345ph platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, it is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction and that your use of 345ph complies with all applicable local laws.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. You represent and warrant that your use of 345ph does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on 345ph. Operating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses contained therein.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register an account on 345ph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes during the period your account remains active.

All information provided during registration is subject to verification by 345ph through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by 345ph to verify your identity, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345ph account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You agree to notify 345ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. 345ph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.

345ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to enhance security. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 345ph account to any other person or entity. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer your account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

345ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, cryptocurrency (USDT), and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, location, and verification level.

All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned to the source (minus any applicable transaction fees), and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 345ph is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), though this may vary by payment method. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted based on your account tier and verification status. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher deposit limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and cryptocurrency typically reflect in your 345ph account wallet within seconds to minutes. Bank transfers may take several hours to one business day depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 345ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Once a deposit has been credited to your 345ph account, it is considered final and non-refundable except in cases of clear processing error by 345ph or where required by law. You may withdraw deposited funds subject to the withdrawal terms outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 345ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by your payment provider or 345ph, as applicable, at the time of the transaction.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 345ph account at any time, provided that your account is in good standing, you have met all applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, and you have completed all required KYC verification procedures.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification or processed in multiple installments at 345ph's discretion.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where feasible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. In circumstances where returning funds to the deposit source is not possible, 345ph will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method.

GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within ten (10) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours depending on blockchain confirmation times.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, 345ph will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill), and proof of payment method ownership.

345ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including for subsequent withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

345ph does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond the control of 345ph. Any such fees will be deducted from the withdrawal amount you receive.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 345ph are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, amounts, and any other parameters before confirming a wager. 345ph is not obligated to cancel or modify any bet once it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of obvious technical error.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface. 345ph reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts based on player behavior, account history, or risk management considerations.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

In live dealer games, all decisions made by the dealer are final and binding. Video footage of all live dealer games is recorded and may be reviewed by 345ph in the event of a dispute. If a dispute arises and video evidence is inconclusive or unavailable, the decision of 345ph management will be final.

Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in live casino chat functions. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior toward dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game and potential account suspension.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, 345ph will hold the bet open until the event is rescheduled. If an event is canceled entirely, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change based on game developments. While 345ph makes every effort to present accurate and up-to-date odds, you acknowledge that brief delays may occur in updating live odds, and you accept the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed.

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network interruption that affects the outcome of a bet, 345ph reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account. If a malfunction results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, 345ph reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 345ph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotions page and within each specific offer.

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 345ph, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings generated from the bonus. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.

Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at reduced rates or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms for each promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

345ph prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345ph and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain, whether or not you report the issue to 345ph.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Depositing funds that you know or su spect may be derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to 345ph at any time.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 345ph staff, dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by 345ph.

345ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 345ph

345ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 345ph reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law or regulation.

During a period of suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. 345ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve any investigation promptly and to notify you of the outcome.

9.2 Termination by 345ph

345ph may terminate your account permanently if any prohibited activity is confirmed, if you are found to be underage, if you are found to have breached any material provision of these Terms, or if 345ph determines in its reasonable judgment that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Upon termination for cause, any outstanding balance in your account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Where termination is due to confirmed fraud or criminal activity, balances may be withheld pending investigation and legal proceedings.

9.3 Account Closure by Player

You may close your 345ph account at any time by contacting the 345ph support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements being forfeited) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not exempt you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 345ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the 345ph Platform.

345ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

345ph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond 345ph's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. 345ph will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose the funds you deposit. 345ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the Platform, provided that those losses result from normal gameplay outcomes and not from a technical error attributable to 345ph.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 345ph Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute with 345ph, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 345ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the licensing and regulatory authority for 345ph. PAGCOR provides a formal dispute resolution process for players of licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically within the venue of Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR is headquartered.

11.3 Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

12. Changes to Terms

345ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 345ph will notify registered players by email, by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform, or by both methods, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 345ph Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
